New BSTS (big size t-shirts) Constellation Discovered by 4th Grade Class

After the official ceremony for naming the new constellation that was recently discovered we were able to sit down with the teacher and a few of her students and find out exactly how they found this constellation and what in the world the name means. Here is what we learned during our exclusive interview.

Mrs. Fun Neytees was having her class study the stars and the constellations. They had already gone through the big and little dipper and they had just located Orion's belt. When one of her students, who has asked that his identity not be revealed spilled his entire lunch down the front of his plus size tshirt a chain of events occurred. The other students began to laugh at him and he lashed out which caused little Timmy to bump his head on the lunch table.

Shortly after lunch it was Timmy's turn to look through the telescope and there he saw a star that was not on their map. Well Mrs. Fun Neytees thought little Timmy was just seeing stars from his bump but as she began to look she saw that he was right. The hole class began to map out the stars that they were finding and one kid shouted they look like big size t-shirts. All of the students agreed and they decided that they would present their finds for the BSTS (big size t-shirts) constellation.

They quickly found out that it takes a lot of money to go through the process of proving that you have indeed found previously undiscovered stars. So the parents got together and called all the news organizations and they start to get the word out. Unfortunately many in the news organizations thought the whole thing was a joke so you began to hear stories about the plus size tee shirts stars, the xl size tee-shirt stars, then you had the horrible play on the teacher's a name as she was now labeled Mrs. Funny Tees.

However as the jokes began to die down and many of us began to understand that these students and their teacher were on the verge of making history we began to really look into the Big Size T-shirts stars. We found that they were definitely on the right track and some 8 months later the scientific community agrees and BSTS was officially recognized as a new constellation. You can bet however that there is going to be more to the story as many of vendors have come out with, what in a few years, will be considered the first BSTS vintage tees to commerate the event.
